As the Kevin Durant free agency looms, the OKC Thunder are off to an impressive start to their 2015-2016 campaign. What will it take to keep KD in OKC? Why can't Billy Donovan use his biggest advantage personnel wise?

Also, can anyone challenge the Cavaliers in the East, and how are the Spurs STILL underrated? As usual, the hosts will bring you the best and worst performers of the fantasy basketball week.

Welcome to "The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab", the 2015 Online Media Award Winning Podcast by What A Fan, sponsored by DeWalt Brewing Company, and hosted by "The Mad Scientist of Sports" Nick Ficorelli and "The Nutty Professor" Andrew Gluchov. This is not the average everyday sports show they are bringing to the air waves. "The Mad Scientist" has created his own personal sports lab, and you, the audience, as well as many of his special guests, will be his test subjects. He will throw theories out, and you never know where they will be coming from. He will keep everyone guessing, and he will open his lab to any and all comers. Be prepared for "mad science" sports talk at its best.

This week on "The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab", we talk Fantasy Football Playoffs for Week 17, MLB Hot Stove, NCAA College Football Bowl Review and More!! Once again, we have Allie's Fantasy Alley with Allie Fontana to talk Week 17 of the NFL Season for all your fantasy football playoff needs. Then we have nationally acclaimed baseball scribe John Perrotto of USA Today and Pittsburgh Post Gazette, to talk MLB Hot Stove. Then we have Benjamin Allbright of ESPN1340 in Boulder and Jeff Lloyd of Draft Breakdown and RSENetwork to talk some college football bowl review and championship game preview . And lastly, Andrew and I will be going over our picks from this college bowl season as well as other sports news of the week.

The beacons are lit, the experiments are on the board, and the test subjects are at the ready. The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab is officially open for business.
