Welcome to "The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab", the 2015 Online Media Award Winning Podcast by What A Fan, part of the War Room Sports Podcast Network, sponsored by DeWalt Brewing Company, and hosted by "The Mad Scientist of Sports" Nick Ficorelli and "The Nutty Professor" Andrew Gluchov. This is not the average everyday sports show they are bringing to the air waves. "The Mad Scientist" has created his own personal sports lab, and you, the audience, as well as many of his special guests, will be his test subjects. He will throw theories out, and you never know where they will be coming from. He will keep everyone guessing, and he will open his lab to any and all comers. Be prepared for "mad science" sports talk at its best.

This week on "The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab", we will be talking MLB, NBA Playoffs, Baylor's "issues", and news of the week. At the onset, we welcome our special guest, Casey Stern, of MLB Network and TBS' Lead Host for MLB Postgame Coverage to talk about his career, life on the road, and any charities or programs he would like to plug.. Up next, we welcome back Thomas Harding of MLB.com and MLB Network to talk about some baseball - can the Cubs keep this up the whole season, what's wrong with Matt Harvey, and much much more . In hour #2, we will have some surprise guests to come on and talk NBA Playoffs. Cleveland is in the Finals, and will OKC be joining them, or will there be a Game 7, And lastly, Nick and Drew go head on into the news of the week, and of course, there will be a "King of Rants" moment just waiting to happen

The beacons are lit, the experiments are on the board, and the test subjects are at the ready. The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab is officially open for business.

After looking completely out of their league in the first two games of the Eastern Conference Finals, the Toronto Raptors gave Jurassic Park and company reason to believe in Game 3 with a double-digit victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Is this a sign that the Cavs finally have some opposition for the Eastern Conference crown, or are the Raptors simply poised for the gentlemen's sweep?

The hosts will also discuss unique awards for the playoffs, like who was this year's LaMarcus Aldridge and Chris Paul.
